EVOLITE is the new bulk food trolley for Cook&Serve services.
For mobile or stationary distibution, the single phase connection allows it to be operated in any condition.
The control panel has been simplified even more, and the absence of water makes it really easy and safe to use, unlike the common bain-marie trolley.
Six configurations available, up to 16 GN 1/1 pans capacity, to pick the one that best suits your needs.
